Bolton Hall Museum - at the corner of Valmont and Commerce Avenue was declared City Historical Monument number two in 1962. Bolton Hall, Little Lander's Park has recently been renovated and continues to be an integral part of the community. Picnics, music and movies in the park bring hundreds to the area on weekends. The museum has noted exhibits and tours on a regular schedule.

McGroarty Arts Center - McGroarty Arts Center plays a pivotal role in the local community by offering affordable, ongoing classes for adults and children in many varieties of fine, literary and performing arts, as well as many cultural and community events throughout the year.

S-T Chamber of Commerce - The Sunland-Tujunga Chamber of Commerce serves the cities of Sunland, Tujunga, Shadow Hills and Lake View Terrace, bringing the community together by performing all kinds of tasks, large and small, that nobody else can or will do. It is the one organization that gets those things done that most people think "just happen". It works for good business, good government, good citizenship and a prosperous economy for everyone.

Sunland-Tujunga Neighborhood Council (STNC) - The STNC was certified in May of 2003 by the Board of Neighborhood Commissioners (BONC) with bylaws that were approved by a vote of community members. With an officially elected Board of Directors, the STNC is involved, in an advisory capacity, with city budget planning, city development plans, and officially addresses our community and city issues with governmental officials and departments.

Wendy Greuel - Wendy Greuel is proud to serve the Second Council District and the communities of Lake View Terrace, La Tuna Canyon, North Hollywood, Shadow Hills, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Sunland, Sun Valley, Tujunga, Valley Village, Valley Glen and Van Nuys.

Commerce Owners & Business Restoration Association (COBRA)
The Commerce Owners Business and Restoration Association is a property owners and merchants organization dedicated to the promotion of business within Historic Olde Towne Commerce Avenue.

COBRA Vision
Provide a vital and vibrant environment for the public in an Olde Towne setting. Encourage additional mercantile and food oriented businesses to foster public interest in supporting our community.

OPPORTUNITIES on Commerce Avenue — Lease or Rent
COBRA works with the owners and lessees to realize the goals of neighborhood services and retail businesses thriving on Commerce Avenue. We keep in touch with each other about available space for lease. Commerce Avenue is part of Target Area 3 and Major Activity Area 3 of the Los Angeles City Foothill Blvd. Corridor Specific Plan which is an ordinance in effect since 2000.
